Introductions

I am a 26 year old mother of two boys. Last year I was sickly, overweight and unhappy. At 5'8" and 190lbs, I could barely keep up with my boys. I was constantly sick and exhausted. January of 2015, I changed my diet, and started running daily.
13 months later, I am 142lbs. Running is getting old, so I started Crossfit. I am in love.
